I'm not so sure about that. If you poured Soylent from something like a spout fine powder would fly everywhere. You really want to put the whole opening down into your pitcher when you empty it.

Packaging Soylent in "bricks," that's actually a really, really good idea. As long as each brick has an easy-opening mechanism to prevent spillage when opening and pouring the powder.
