This is modified version of practice fuel with ingredients added to meet 100% of the daily nutritional needs. All ingredients in this recipe are used in Schmilk, so you could easily transition to Schmilk by just adding a few ingredients. I'm a Canadian, so the ingredient links are for a Canadian website, but the website can be used in the United States too.

The Xanthan Gum is completely optional, it just makes it smoother, giving it a more palatable texture and it helps bind the ingredients together.

For the One Daily Superfood Multivitamin and the Choline Bitartrate capsules, open them and put the power into the mix. Or you can just eat them separately.
