This is fairly high-calorie, since the original recipe was created to be taken along while long-distance cycling. If you have really active days where you're going to burn a lot of calories, this is the one.

Most of the adjusting I did for my profile was in the supplements, and taking out the fish oil. If you're not an older female, you might want to start with Bret's original.
