A relatively simple diy blend primarily catering to my own needs. Leaning heavily on Super Body Fuel's DIY mixes

I put together this recipe myself, so I'm biased.

But I have really liked this, so far. Switching to this from the official Soylent drastically reduced my IBS symptoms, though my body does seem to be struggling with the significant increase of fiber. Hoping that's temporary, but it's otherwise still an improvement

Taste wise it's... Okay. The sugar is currently at the bare minimum to make it palatable but it's still noticeable bitter. I'm hoping I'll get used it, and I think I have, in part.

I may need to put it in a blender as it sometimes, though not always, gets the oats into a clumpy mess.

That looks pretty straight forward. I haven't actually tried to DIY but if I do, this would be a good place to start.
