I'm having some constipation issues with my soylent recipe. considering trying to eat some rice and beans for a while to see if that helps.

Insoluble and Soluble fiber amounts were derived from UCLAs website that indicates that for every 7g of fiber in kidney beans there are 3g of soluble and 4g of insoluble fiber.
